Managing Your Daily Activities

Living with fibromyalgia for 23 years

I make lists for what I need to accomplish for the day. When I start in the morning, I write a list of what I need to accomplish, being realistic about the way I'm feeling. I am also sure to give myself a break; the list is just a guideline of what I would like to accomplish during the day. And I don't beat myself up if I don't get that done, because it can go on the list for the next day.
