Finding Fibromyalgia Support

When you have fibromyalgia, taking care of yourself is a must – and that means both mentally and physically. It’s important to find outlets for your feelings by spending time with other family members or friends, or by joining a fibromyalgia support group.

Many support groups for those with fibromyalgia also encourage family and friends to be a part of the group, too. You can often find a fibromyalgia support group in your community by contacting your local hospital or by searching the Internet.
