Managing Stress and Living a Healthy Life

You have to tell yourself "You're doing the best you can, and just keep trying." If I tell myself, "I need to go to the store, go food shopping, I have to go here, I have to go there," It stresses me out, because I can't do all of that. So I make a list of what needs to be done every day, and I check off each one of them that I did. I try not to put too many expectations on what I can do and I don't pressure myself because that's just going makes my self-esteem go lower and stress me out. You can't do that.
